Teresa McHugh - Sculptor & Patina Artist
Definition of patina
1a: a color film formed naturally on metal by
long exposure to the elements or artificially (as with acids), valued aesthetically for its beauty
b: a surface appearance of something grown beautiful especially with age or use
In pursuit of beauty, I study...
with Mother Nature as my constant companion, teacher, inspiration and guide.
As a lifetime lover of nature I have always been drawn to explore and investigate.
My earliest memories are of laying in the grass and staring into the sky... wondering about creation and infinity. The natural world fascinates and delights me. Creating artwork with nature as my muse is my great honor!
I hope you enjoy the work and will consider taking something special home to
grow in your life.
